SNAP-SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) and
SNAP-B (Behaviour) are online diagnostic assessments designed to pinpoint specific learning and behavioural difficulties which without identification, may limit a child’s potential to learn. They also offer
targeted interventions involving both home and school, offering an entirely rounded approach to fully support the specific needs of every child.
- Online assessments are easy to administer without the need for specialist training
- Quickly identify areas of need as well as strengths to be celebrated
- Generate reports and choose from hundreds of targeted interventions
- Supports a rounded approach involving both home and school
SNAP follows the
Assess - Plan - Do - Review model set out in the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
"SNAP enables me to track emotional progress, identify triggered and through relflection and discussion help pupils to stay on track at school." - Caroline Jones, Highgate Wood School
